Loukia Thomopoulou

Loukia is a ceramicist, an artist, a teacher, a hospitality professional, with years in the computer science, software, and information technology sector. Through her ceramic sculptures Loukia explores her interests in geometry, history, and nature. She also creates pendant lights that she composes from the remaining clay and pieces of slabs of her designs. The forms and shapes of her work are recognized by the clean cuts or their perfectionist curvatures. The chemistry and technology of ceramics is her playground. She is the founder and heart inside Sealed Earth Ceramic Studio and Gallery.
